Our coaching starts with our deep delve into your business at it currently is, warts and all.  We discover what is working and what isn’t. And if your business is delivering the lifestyle you want.
Your Vision
We then help you to work out exactly where it is you want to go. Your vision. Your mountain peak. (If you don't know where you are going, then it doesn't matter which road you take.)
We’ll break this down into logical steps, so you will be clear on the major milestones you need to reach.Â
And it’s all summarised on one easy to understand page.
Your Business Improvement Plan
We then start work on your one page business improvement plans. This is not a plan that gets put away and never looked at again. It's a live working document that will list out the strategies that you will work on over the next 12 months, that will put you well and truly on track to building a better business.
These one-pagers are a game-changer for you and your business...but that's when the real fun begins.
Your Accountability Sessions
We then meet with you online every fortnight for an hour. In these sessions we apply a laser like focus on you and your plan. Together we work out which strategy you should concentrate on first, and brainstorm how you can achieve it. We break it down into small steps that you can take over the next fortnight. We then assess your progress.
In between times, you also have access to
